Barons Beer Kits by Brew King

Home Brewing with Barons Beer Kits by Brew King.

Ever wonder what it would be like to taste the first sip of a batch of carefully brewed craft beer? Baron's Brew Kits by Brew King leaves that honor to you. Offering a variety of flavors, including Baron's American Light, Baron's Canadian Draught, Baron's Canadian Hi-Test, Baron's Canadian Lager, Baron's Canadian Pilsner and Baron's Mexican Cerveza, there is a taste for every palate. Introduced in 1990, Baron's World of Beer by Brew King was the first home brewing kit available and has remained at the forefront of the industry for nearly two decades. A product similar to the Barons Brew Kit by Brew King, the Lake View Valley beer kit, fails to compare on several levels. While it is nice that Lake View Valley offers two flavors in one box, a pilsner and an amber ale, once the box has been opened it is easy to confuse the poorly labeled ingredients.

An inexperienced home brewer is likely to find difficulty. Second, the Lake View Valley kit is messy and time consuming. Crushing hops, boiling, setting this aside for a week, heating that- but not too hot - adding slowly, it is a very finicky process, and a small error can result in hideous flavor - ruining the entire batch a week into the process. After transfering from the brewing cube to the bottles after about 17 days, the process requires an additional 30 days.

Compared to the Lake View Valley kit, the Barons Beer Kit by Brew King is the novice's dream. Brew King's unique beer-in-bag kit requires no boiling and no mess. The process is simple, and provides the home brewer with a quality brew time after time. A personal favorite, and recommendation for those who want the most bang for their buck, try the Canadian Hi-Test, the most potent of the line.
